TTT) program for all faculties, Corporate Trainer, Corporate Leaders,
Middle/ Senior Executives, Aspiring Trainers, Personality Development
Trainers, Technical Trainers, HR Manager, Sales Executives/ Manager,
Coaches, Speakers, Teachers etc.
1. To Learn High Class delivery Skills and Master the perfect sequencing and synchronisation of training delivery starting from layout, presentation skills, the power of questioning skills, advance listening skills etc.
2. To Learn sell yourself skills.
3. To Learn training magic by integrating the role plays, ice breakers, training games and right music for experiencing innovations in Learning.
4.To design and deliver a good training program by a method called immersion and the secret of super trainer.
5. New trainers will gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned trainers will be introduced to new approaches for delivering powerful training
6. Learn and apply effective training techniques for managing participants, engaging a variety of learning styles, and creating an effective positive learning environment, and managing training challenges.
7. Questioning skills :We find questions and answers fascinating and entertaining – politicians, reporters, celebrities and entrepreneurs are often successful based on their questioning skills – asking the right questions at the right time and also answering (or not) appropriately
8. Listening Skill:Effective listening is a skill that underpins all positive human relationships, spend some time thinking about and developing your listening skills – they are the building blocks of success.
